Aesthetic Industry Leader Brandon Mullen Selected as GAIN Business Faculty Member for Galderma

Greensburg, PA — July 30, 2025 — Brandon Mullen, BSN, RN-BC, founder and lead injector of MPWR Aesthetics & Wellness, has been appointed to the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN) Business Faculty, joining a select cadre of experts shaping the future of aesthetic-practice management worldwide. The appointment recognizes Mullen’s two decades of clinical, operational, and educational leadership in medical aesthetics.

GAIN Business—established by Galderma in 2021 to close a critical gap in business education for aesthetic practices—equips providers with the strategies and metrics they need to deliver outstanding patient outcomes and maintain financial wellness across the Galderma portfolio. Each year, the program trains more than 2,500 practice owners and operators on topics such as branding & marketing, patient experience, staff cultivation, retention, and financial growth drivers.   

“I’m honored to join the GAIN Business faculty,” said Mullen. “Galderma’s commitment to business excellence aligns perfectly with my passion for empowering practices to grow sustainably while elevating patient care. I look forward to sharing real-world insights with colleagues across the country.”

In this new role, Mullen will deliver live workshops, virtual programs, and on-demand content within the GAIN Business curriculum, covering financial frameworks, membership monetization, strategic marketing, and team development. He joins an elite faculty whose collective goal is to “share wisdom forward” and elevate standards of business performance throughout the industry.
