  • Neurotoxin

    Neurotoxins, “Tox”, or what is commonly referred to as Botox, are purified proteins used in aesthetic medicine to temporarily reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. These FDA-approved treatments work by preventing specific nerve signals from reaching targeted muscles, resulting in a controlled relaxation that smooths the skin. We currently offer Dysport and Xeomin and honor Aspire and Xperience reward programs.

    Treatment areas: Face (Forehead, “11’s” between the eyes, crow’s feet), jawline, Temporomandibular joint (TMJ), platysma bands, lip flip, hyperhidrosis/ trapezius slimming, and more.

  • TMJ

    TMJ treatment relaxes overactive jaw muscles with neurotoxin and can provide significant relief and comfort. The number of units needed for treatment of each side will be unique to each individual, but anywhere from 12-25 units per side is typical. Results typically appear within 7-14 days and last 3-4 months. Most patients report significant symptom improvement with regular maintenance treatments. We do not accept insurance for this or any other treatment. Priced at $14/unit. 

  • Hyperhidrosis Treatment


    Hyperhidrosis Treatment provides effective solutions for individuals experiencing excessive sweating. After numbing the area, we inject tox into the area to for relief of symptoms. Longevity is unique to everyone but typically lasts 3-6 months. Priced at $1000.

  • Lip Flip

    Experience a subtle enhancement to your smile with a Lip Flip using neurotoxin, designed specifically for new patients. This treatment utilizes neuromodulators to create a fuller appearance of the upper lip without the need for fillers that lasts typically 8 weeks. Priced at $200 as a standalone appointment.

  • Botox is a brand name — but at MPWR, we prefer to call it "Tox." The goal is always refreshed, not frozen. Results that look like you — just well-rested and confident. We offer Dysport and Xeomin at our Harrison City and Greensburg, Pennsylvania locations.

  • All three are FDA-approved neurotoxins that work the same way — they just have slightly different formulations and onset times. At MPWR Aesthetics, we offer Dysport and Xeomin. Dysport tends to spread a bit more and kicks in faster, making it a go-to for larger areas like the forehead. Xeomin is a "naked" neurotoxin — no additives — which some patients prefer. Not sure which one is right for you? We'll figure that out together at your appointment.

  • Neurotoxin at MPWR Aesthetics is $14 per unit at both our Harrison City and Greensburg, PA locations. The total number of units depends on the treatment area and the strength of your muscles — most areas range from 10 to 30+ units. We honor Aspire by Galderma and Xperience+ by Merz rewards programs, so you can earn points on every treatment and put them toward future visits.

  • A lot more than most people realize. At our Harrison City and Greensburg, PA locations, we treat: forehead lines, frown lines (the "11s"), crow's feet, brow lift, bunny lines, chin dimpling, jawline slimming (masseter reduction), neck bands (platysmal bands), lip flip, TMJ relief, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), and trapezius slimming. If you're not sure where to start, your injector will walk you through what makes the most sense for your goals.

  • Most neurotoxin treatments last 3 to 4 months, though this varies by individual, treatment area, and how active your muscles are. The Lip Flip, which uses a smaller dose, lasts about 8 weeks. Consistent maintenance helps your results last longer over time — your muscles actually train themselves to relax. We'll set realistic expectations at your appointment so you always know what to plan for.

  • Most patients start noticing results within 3 to 7 days, with full effect visible by the two-week mark. Dysport tends to kick in a little faster than other neurotoxins. If something doesn't look quite right at day 14, that's the time to assess and tweak — so don't panic if things look uneven in week one. Good things take a little time, and we're here for the follow-up.

  • Neurotoxin uses a very fine needle, and most patients describe the sensation as a quick pinch — honestly, less than expected. There's no numbing required for most treatments. Appointments are typically 15 to 30 minutes with no downtime, so you can head straight back to your day. We've had patients come in on their lunch breaks and return to the office looking refreshed. Zero drama.

  • It absolutely can — and it works really well. We inject neurotoxin into the masseter muscles to relax jaw clenching and relieve TMJ discomfort. Most patients need 12 to 25 units per side, with results showing up in 7 to 14 days and lasting 3 to 4 months. Consistent treatment typically leads to significant, lasting symptom relief. Priced at $14/unit. Note: we do not accept insurance for this or any other treatment at MPWR.

  • A Lip Flip uses a tiny amount of neurotoxin just above the upper lip, causing it to roll slightly outward for a naturally fuller appearance — no filler, no commitment. It's a perfect first step if you're lip-filler-curious but not ready to go all in. At MPWR, the Lip Flip is $200 as a standalone appointment and lasts about 8 weeks. Loved it and want more?   • Yes — and it's a game-changer for people dealing with hyperhidrosis. We apply topical numbing first, then inject Tox into the treatment area (typically underarms) to dramatically reduce sweating. Results last 3 to 6 months depending on the individual. This treatment is $1,000 and available at both our Harrison City and Greensburg, Pennsylvania locations. If excessive sweating has been holding you back, this one's worth it.
