Meet The Team
Brandon Mullen, BSN, RN-BC
Brandon Mullen, RN-BC, BSN, brings more than 15 years of healthcare expertise to MPWR Aesthetics. His career began in critical care, where he served as an ICU and transplant nurse, building a foundation in patient safety, anatomical knowledge, and technical precision. He later advanced into insurance case management and healthcare technology, advising providers on scalable systems that improve patient outcomes and operational performance.
In 2021, Brandon founded M-PWR Consulting Solutions LLC, a fractional practice management firm supporting aesthetic practices nationwide. Through this work, he has helped teams strengthen patient experience, streamline operations, develop marketing strategies, and implement technology-driven solutions.
A nationally recognized educator, Brandon serves as faculty for the American Med Spa Association (AmSpa) and Aesthetic Next, and he established the Aesthetic Practice Management Group, a virtual mastermind community for practice managers and aesthetic entrepreneurs. He also serves as a Galderma GAIN Business Trainer, where he educates injectors and aesthetic leaders on sustainable business systems, patient-centered workflow, and modern practice development.
Brandon’s unique combination of clinical expertise, aesthetic operations experience, technology implementation, and entrepreneurial leadership drives the vision behind MPWR Aesthetics: a safe, patient-first, results-focused aesthetic practice grounded in education, authenticity, and confidence.
Founder
Katie brings more than 20 years of clinical nursing experience to MPWR Aesthetics, with deep expertise in critical care and acute patient management. Since 2018, she has served as a Rapid Response Nurse, managing complex emergencies and providing high-level clinical support across multiple hospital departments. Prior to that role, she spent 15 years at the bedside specializing in transplant and surgical care, where she excelled as a charge nurse and preceptor, mentoring clinical staff and guiding patient care standards.
Throughout her career, Katie has developed strong competencies in critical care procedures, emergency intervention, and patient education. In 2015, she expanded her passion for health and prevention by launching Eating Well with Katie Rose LLC, a coaching practice focused on inflammatory conditions and gastrointestinal health. This entrepreneurial experience reflects her ability to operate independently, build trust with patients, and deliver sustainable, long-term wellness strategies.
Over the past three years, Katie has begun transitioning into medical aesthetics, leveraging her extensive clinical background to offer safe, compassionate, and results-driven care. Her grounding in patient safety, holistic health, and clinical assessment positions her for continued success in the aesthetic field and reinforces MPWR’s commitment to evidence-based treatment.

Katie Bouch, RN
Jenna brings a blend of clinical nursing experience and specialized aesthetic training to her role at MPWR Aesthetics. After graduating magna cum laude from Carlow University with her BSN in 2009, she began her career at UPMC Magee Women’s Hospital before advancing into critical care at UPMC Presbyterian. Her work in cardiac and neurovascular intensive care units strengthened her skills in complex patient management, advanced medical procedures, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
In 2019, Jenna made the intentional decision to shift her career temporarily to focus on family while continuing her service to the community. She remains an active supporter of Friends to Friends, an organization that fosters inclusive environments for individuals with and without disabilities.
Jenna has since transitioned her clinical expertise into the field of medical aesthetics. She practiced as a Laser Hair Removal Specialist and has completed formal certifications in injectable fillers and neurotoxins. Her background in intensive care nursing, compassionate patient communication, and growing specialization in aesthetics provides a strong clinical foundation for delivering safe, attentive, and results-oriented care at MPWR.

Jenna Lathom, BSN, RN
Dr. Michael W. Wong, DO
Dr. Michael Wong, DO, is a board-certified specialist in sports medicine and nonoperative orthopedic care. He earned degrees in Biology and Psychology from Saint Vincent College, followed by his doctorate from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at UPMC Presbyterian–Shadyside, and later advanced his training through a fellowship at UPMC Sports Medicine, one of the region’s most respected programs.
During his fellowship, Dr. Wong served as a team physician for several competitive athletic programs, including Fox Chapel Area School District, Saint Vincent College football, University of Pittsburgh men’s basketball, and Robert Morris University men’s ice hockey. These experiences shaped his approach to injury prevention, performance optimization, and long-term joint health.
Since 2020, Dr. Wong has practiced at PT Family Medicine, working alongside his father, Dr. Kevin Wong. His focus on patient-centered care, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and evidence-based treatment led to the creation of Modern Edge Sports & Orthopedic Medicine in January 2025—a specialty division dedicated to comprehensive orthopedic care, regenerative medicine, and wellness initiatives including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT).
Dr. Wong currently serves as the Penn-Trafford School District team physician and as a USA Boxing ringside physician, further reinforcing his role as a trusted clinical leader in sports medicine. His background in orthopedics, performance medicine, regenerative therapies, and hormone optimization uniquely qualifies him to serve as Medical Director of MPWR Aesthetics & Wellness, where he oversees the integration of advanced aesthetic, orthopedic, and wellness services.

Olivia is a full-time student at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg, where she is pursuing studies in Business Management and Finance. Despite being early in her career, she has already demonstrated a strong work ethic, rapid learning ability, and natural leadership skills.
With experience in the sales and service industry since age sixteen, Olivia excels in strategic organization, client support, and operational efficiency. Her ability to streamline processes, improve client experience, and execute tasks quickly has positioned her as an exceptional office manager while she continues her academic journey.
Her blend of customer service experience, business acumen, and willingness to learn makes her a valuable asset to the MPWR team.

Rachel Verrico
Rachel was born and raised in Trafford, and her deep appreciation for community is at the heart of her work. Over the past three years, she has had the privilege of caring for an incredible clientele—creating not only radiant skin, but genuine relationships rooted in trust and comfort.
For Rachel, aesthetics is more than a profession—it’s her happy place. She is passionate about delivering a true luxury experience, one that blends results-driven treatments with a warm, personal touch. Her approach is centered on listening, understanding each client’s goals, and customizing care that makes them feel confident, valued, and seen.
Outside the treatment room, Rachel enjoys family time with her two rescue dogs and her spirited feline escape artist. Her grounded personality, meticulous attention to detail, and authentic compassion make her one of the most thoughtful and dedicated providers in the region.
